Job summary

The Front of House Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the hotel's front desk, lobby, and guest service areas to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk operations, ensuring all guests are greeted warmly and efficiently checked in/out.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Oversee handling of reservations, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Ensure the lobby and front-of-house areas are always clean, welcoming, and well-presented.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years experience in front office operations within a hotel or serviced apartment environment.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience required.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software.
