- Research and adapt traditional recipes to optimize flavor and texture while using
- Experiment with different flavors and ingredients to create exciting new
- Bake high-quality products consistently, maintaining a clean and efficient work
- Document and refine recipes, ensuring accuracy and clarity for future use.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to brainstorm new ideas and perfect existing
- Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience, preferably with experience
- Strong understanding of baking principles, including dough formation,
- Proven ability to develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistent and high-quality
- Passion for exploring new ingredients and flavors, particularly cassava-based
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to following food safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing effectively to a
