    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced corporate setting.Skills and Qualifications:Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Highly organized with great attention to detail.Passion for finding and attracting top talent.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans.Identify, source, and engage with potential candidates through various channels.Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment and selection.Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
