    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in executive support roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of our e-commerce firm. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Duties Act as the primary point of contact for the COO, managing correspondence, inquiries, and requests on their behalf. Coordinate and prioritize the COO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations attended by the COO. Attend meetings with the COO, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the COO in decision-making and strategic planning. Assist in the preparation and review of reports, documents, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Anticipate the needs of the COO and proactively address issues or challenges before they arise. Collaborate with other members of the executive team and departments across the organization to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the COO.
