Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and coordination to the project team for logistics planning, early project assessment, and execution. Interface with Operations Logistics, Production Affiliate, Drilling, Procurement, and other General Services throughout the various stages of the process. Collaborate on logistics between Drilling and company Projects, sharing lessons learned.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to inform Management, Partners, Government Agencies, and others, ensuring they receive pertinent and required information.
• Coordinate with other members of the management team to ensure that all matters related to development and operations are carried out in an orderly manner.
• Accountable for overall costs, safety, and environmental performance of the subsurface department.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics planning and execution, construction, safety, and procurement.
• BS/MS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other Technical degree.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to project sites to provide functional support.
• Reservoir Engineering management experience.
• Experience in corporate production forecasting.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing multi-cultural and multi-discipline teams.
