JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market share for our UPS & Solar products.Successful candidate will lead growth initiatives, maintain & expand client relationships, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.7-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery industry, with a focus on UPS, Solar and other hybrid products.Outstanding knowledge of the UPS & Solar industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
