    Job Summary:

    Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the group's real estate projects, properties, and services. The goal is to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Marketing Strategy

      • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for real estate projects and properties.
      • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
      • Analyze competitors' strategies and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
    • Brand Management

      • Maintain and enhance the group's real estate brand image.
      • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
      • Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence.
    • Digital Marketing

      • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (social media, email, SEO, etc.).
      • Manage and maintain the group's real estate website and social media presence.
      • Create engaging content to drive website traffic and social media engagement.
    • Advertising and Promotions

      • Plan and execute advertising campaigns (print, online, outdoor, etc.).
      • Develop promotional materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.).
      • Collaborate with external agencies (advertising, PR, etc.).
    • Event Management

      • Plan and execute events (property launches, open houses, etc.).
      • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, etc.) and external vendors.
    • Customer Engagement

      • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
      • Analyze customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
      • Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
    • Performance Analysis

      • Track and analyze marketing metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, etc.).
      • Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
      • Provide regular marketing reports to senior management.
    • Budgeting and Cost Control

      • Develop and manage marketing budgets for real estate projects and properties.
      • Monitor and control marketing expenses.
      • Ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
    • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, email, and SEO.
