Job Description

• The cashier at Precious Palm Royal Hotel will be responsible for handling all cash, credit, and other payment transactions made by guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• The role requires receiving payments for accommodation, food, beverages, and other hotel services while ensuring accuracy in billing and issuing of receipts.
• The cashier will maintain proper records of daily transactions, balance cash drawers, and prepare reports for submission to the accounts department.
• In addition to managing payments, the cashier is expected to provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries, assisting with billing concerns, and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
• The position demands honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• A successful candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and previous experience in a cashier or front desk role within the hotel industry is considered an added advantage.

Salary

N65,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
