    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements HND or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 2 years experienceas a project manager or project engineer, preferably in real estate development or construction Knowledge of Risk Management Analytical skill Cost control and Budgeting skill Ready to Resume work immediately

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Description Oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion. Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, assigning tasks and responsibilities and monitoring performance. Secure necessary resources, such as land, permits, financing, and materials, to support project objectives. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met. Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively address schedule conflicts or delays. Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, addressing any legal or regulatory issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns or issues as they arise.
