- Establish a network of partners and affiliates to generate revenue-generating relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to achieve revenue objectives.

- Build, track, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Achieve overall sales targets for the region, including partners, commercial buildings, malls, and corporates.
- Pursue strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for clients and partners.
- Lead negotiations with partners and clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Advanced degree in marketing, sales, or economics (or related courses).
- Minimum 4 years' experience in corporate sales and partnerships in Nigeria.
- Proven experience in retail direct sales and channel management.
- Consultative selling approach with expertise in marketing, HMO, insurance, fitness, or hospitality services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Experience in building end-customer solutions with presales and technical resources.
