    Job Description
    The Commercial Business Executive will drive the company's corporate sales and volume, focusing on maximizing revenue through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and operational efficiencies.
    Responsibilities:
    • Establish a network of partners and affiliates to generate revenue-generating relationships.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to achieve revenue objectives.
    • Identify and explore new markets to drive business targets.
    • Build, track, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities for operational efficiency.
    • Achieve overall sales targets for the region, including partners, commercial buildings, malls, and corporates.
    • Pursue strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders.
    • Develop comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients.
    • Analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for clients and partners.
    • Lead negotiations with partners and clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
    Requirements:
    • Advanced degree in marketing, sales, or economics (or related courses).
    • Minimum 4 years' experience in corporate sales and partnerships in Nigeria.
    • Proven experience in retail direct sales and channel management.
    • Consultative selling approach with expertise in marketing, HMO, insurance, fitness, or hospitality services.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
    • Experience in building end-customer solutions with presales and technical resources.
    Compensation: Up to 300k plus 8% commission on sales.
