- Analyze current and past financial data to provide strategies for revenue increase.
- Research the market to identify new business opportunities, formulate market analysis, and deliver accurate business reports.
- Build positive relationships with current and potential clients to drive expansion in the financial sector.
- Develop comprehensive business development, marketing plans, and growth strategies in collaboration with Management to achieve set revenue goals.
- Create referral and lead generation networks, arrange business meetings with prospective clients to boost income generation.
- Design and present compelling business proposals and presentations to secure more revenue from clients through upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices, and curate monthly and quarterly reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Sales, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of Business Development/Sales experience.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- A strong desire to contribute significantly to a rapidly growing organization.
- Market research, strategy, and business reporting expertise.
