- Draft and review contracts, agreements and letters.
- Manage legal documentations and correspondence in strict confidence, organize and track company files thereby making them available and easily accessible.
- Correspond with external solicitors, court and clients.
- Compile, analyze and organize information.
- Implement and improve administrative processes for efficient workflow.
- Prepare annual returns documents for filing, prepare deeds and agreements for registration and secure affidavits.
- Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary to effect company's projects.
- Analyze the facts of cases and ensure that all relevant information is considered.
- Organize general, head of departments and management meetings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory framework for corporate governance.
- Obtain licenses and permits statutory required for the company's nature of businesses.
- Representing the company during legal negotiations and other legal settlements.
- Provides company with legal advice and guidance, to advance transactions and dealings with third parties.
Requirements: - The candidate must have 2 - 4 years post bar experience.
- Candidate must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
