    Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and guests warmly and professionally.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring its cleanliness and organization.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and access control systems.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with marketing and event planning activities.
  • Manage petty cash and handle basic financial transactions.
  • Oversee security protocols and monitor building access.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of OND with 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Discreet and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills, who thrives in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
