RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or assigned unit including hiring and training employees. Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilization of resources. Ensuring that all company policies, rules, and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary. Providing leadership, coaching, counseling, and motivation to team members in order to assist them in meeting their sales objectives. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team. To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.
