JOB SUMMARY

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Education, or a related fieldMSc, B.Eng.Technical Academic BackgroundTraining & Development, Learning Management, and Training skillsMinimum of 10 Years of Experience in training and developmentPrior Experience in a Manufacturing organization is requiredExperience in instructional design and leadership developmentStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience with learning management systems and e-learning platformsKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager at African Industries Group in Lagos and Abuja.The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for managing training and development programs, learning management systems, instructional design, leadership development, and training initiatives within the organization.The role will involve creating and implementing effective learning strategies and programs to support the professional growth and development of employees.
