    Sales Professional Opportunity at Ascentech Services Ltd

    As a Sales Professional with Ascentech Services Ltd, you will be responsible for performing duties in alignment with the company's mission and values. Your primary goal will be to close sales through a consultative sales process, leveraging your skills in prospecting, qualifying potential clients, and delivering value propositions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    * Perform duties in alignment with the company's mission and values
    * Close sales through a consultative sales process
    * Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals, identifying decision-makers and delivering the City-Wide value proposition
    * Utilize and manage customer relationship management systems (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information
    * Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, identifying customers' needs to provide solutions, and making initial presentations
    * Sign new accounts to build your base
    * Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching camps every week
    * Develop, present, and sell new business proposals to appropriate prospects
    * Sell additional coverage to existing clients
    * Achieve annual sales goals and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager or Profit Centre Leader on progress toward those goals
    * Attend and actively participate in regular sales meetings
    * Identify new leads and gather necessary information for submissions

    Requirements:

    * Bachelor of Science (BSc)/Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant field
    * Minimum 3-4 years of B2B sales experience and combined inside and outside sales experience
    * Proven track record of closing short to mid-cycle B2B sales
    * Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic CRM platforms
    * Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and competitive nature
    * Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations
    * Ability to navigate basics of Office Suite (Word/Outlook/Excel)
    * Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
    * Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
