    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an Experienced HR Assistant to support our HR department in maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and internal control frameworks.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support HR Operations: Assist in daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal control processes to ensure compliance with HR policies and related regulations.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and prepare reports for management as needed.
    • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and assist in the development of HR policies.
    • Audits and Assessments: Participate in internal audits related to HR processes and recommend improvements.
    • Training and Development: Assist in the identification and implementation of training programs to enhance employee understanding of internal controls.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on internal controls or compliance.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software, labor laws, and internal control frameworks.
    • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Certifications: HR certification is a plus.
