    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Manager to oversee the daily operations of Elandco Services Limited. The role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in managing teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational discipline. The Business Manager will serve as the key link between staff and the Managing Director, ensuring that company goals are consistently executed.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of all departments (Business Development, Ticketing, Office Administration, etc.).

    Ensure strict adherence to company policies, including punctuality, reporting, and performance benchmarks.

    Drive revenue generation by setting and monitoring sales targets, following up with Business Development Managers, and ensuring ticketing staff maximize bookings.

    Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, address underperformance, and recommend actions where necessary.

    Develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and new business opportunities in line with company objectives.

    Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports for the Managing Director.

    Supervise discipline management, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth operations across teams.

    Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies to maintain accountability.

    Support execution of company growth initiatives (e.g., new routes, travel packages, events, partnerships).

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).

    Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial/operational leadership role, preferably in travel, aviation, or service industries.

    Proven track record in revenue generation and team supervision.

    Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Proficiency in digital tools for business operations, reporting, and analytics.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
