- Manage the Interior Designer's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
- Assist in project coordination, including liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
- Handle purchasing, procurement & delivery
- Provide administrative support, such as expense tracking, invoice processing.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of the Interior Designer and proactively address any administrative challenges.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in the design or creative industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and scheduling/calendar management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and terminology is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
