    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Interior Designer's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
  • Assist in project coordination, including liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
  • Handle purchasing, procurement & delivery
  • Provide administrative support, such as expense tracking, invoice processing.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Interior Designer and proactively address any administrative challenges.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery.


    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in the design or creative industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and scheduling/calendar management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of interior design principles and terminology is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
