    Job Title: Sales Lead

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Fort Knox Outsourcing.

    About the Role:

    The Sales Lead will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing local networks, managing DSR inventory, and timely reporting to line managers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve and surpass sales targets of products
    • Uphold the brand values
    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach & manage a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) to meet the targets

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

    • B.Sc/HND in relevant fields
    • Minimum of 3 -5 years' experience required
    • Passionate about selling: Building relationships with customers, matching their needs to products, and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Proven sales super-star: Proven experience in direct selling and hitting targets, preferably in related fields such as mobile phones, microfinance, or mobile money
    • A born leader: Recruiting, training, and motivating a team of direct reports to success
    • Great Communicator: Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
