    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    Speedaf was established in 2019. We are a joint-venture company invested by Chinese leading express enterprises. Since founded, we continuously expand global network, develop and optimize products, improve customer experience, and introduce IT technologies and equipment to realize automatic operations.
    Currently, we are building an intra-Africa and China-Africa service network to support air, sea and road transportation with the aim to be the leading diversified integrated logistics solution provider between China and Africa. By doing so, it will reduce end-to-end logistics costs between China and Africa while providing a stable and recognized logistics services to our customers.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must have at least a year experience as a HR assistant or Recruitment Specialist Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to take initiative and work with little or no supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)is a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Eagerness to learn and grow.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in the Human Resources department by providing support in various HR functions. You will assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, help manage Recruitment and employee relations, and contribute to the overall success of the HR team in meeting the organization's strategic goals.Duties Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract talent. Review resumes and applications to screen and shortlist candidates. Schedule interviews and assessments, and communicate with candidates regarding interview details. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Check candidate references and conduct background checks. Carry outthe on-boarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation coordination. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, both in physical and digital formats. Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documents. Conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback from departing employees. Ensuring a smooth off-boarding process. Managing employee promotions, transfers, and job rotations. Assist in the dissemination and communication of HR policies and procedures to employees Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies. Other duties as directed.
