- An Asset Manager's job is to find creative
solutions for their clients with a wide range of financial goals. They
typically focus on helping their clients reach their investment goals by
preparing financial statements, organizing their client's portfolios and
identifying investment opportunities tailored to their client's needs. - You will be responsible for
managing and tracking our company's assets, including inventory, buildings, and
equipment. - You will also work closely with our accounting team to conducting
risk analyses, preparing financial reports, developing strategies to maximize
asset growth and ensure that our assets are properly valued and accounted for.
Requirements: - Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Ability
to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Strong
financial background with experience in financial modeling. - Strategically
minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability
to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team. - Strong
organizational and time management with a keen eye for detail. - Knowledge
of relevant health and safety regulations - Proficiency
in using computerized asset management
software - Passion
for education and a commitment to promoting the values and vision of our
International school. - Effective
interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication and collaboration with
a diverse variety of people and groups. - Knowledge
of computer network operations, Microsoft OfficePrograms: Excel, Word, Outlook,
Access, or other comparable or similar software. - Ability
to multitask and prioritize effectively - Flexibility
to adapt to changing needs and priorities. - Ability
to meet deadlines, assign tasks, and meet established goals and objectives. - Good
general health, clean in attire and professional in appearance. - Ability
to be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
Qualification: - A Bachelor's degree in business or finance is
preferred business administration, or a related field. - Proven years experience in Asset
management, preferably in an educational setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
industry-related softwareRemuneration: NGN 200,000 -
2500,000 Depending on Experience.
