Working with the manager and chef to ensure smooth running of the restaurant scheduling restaurant staff and delegating tasks training and managing restaurant staff supervising the preparation display and delivery of food and drinks ensuring prompt friendly customer service maintaining quality and service standards ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings individual ingredients educating staff about potential food allergies how to make customers aware of these ingredients increasing productivity ensuring all staff follow strict personal safety food safety food storage guidelines supervising maintaining restaurant cleanliness meet regulatory sanitation hygiene standards interacting with customers gauge satisfaction improve customer service responding customer feedback resolving conflicts effectively authorizing refunds equivalent options chairing weekly meetings motivate staff they meeting
