Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Consultant based in Lagos State, Nigeria.

The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, consulting with clients to understand and address their needs, and building strong business partnerships.

Additional duties include developing and implementing business strategies that contribute to the growth and success of the company's operations.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with prior work in the travel industry considered a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan and implement effective business strategies.
  • Provide expert consulting to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends and areas for expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development; experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in new business development and lead generation techniques.
  • Strong consulting, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in business planning and strategy implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
