JOB SUMMARY
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any of the disciplines of Social Science or Humanities. NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Presentations etc. Applicants must be 35 years old or younger to be considered for the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Duties Make submissions and prepare draft letters on specific matters Manage the preparation and maintenance of periodic reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department as necessary or requested Appropriately communicate agency information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email and regular interpersonal communication. Oversee general facility maintenance Manage employee's health and safety in the workplace by ensuring adherence to employee safety and health regulations Agency-wide Ensure all departments have appropriate space, infrastructure, and workplace environment to function at an optimal level as defined EDSG policy, standards and guidelines. Manage the fleet and drivers and other associated assignments
