Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Officer, based in Lagos, with the flexibility to work from home.
The Relationship Officer will manage and nurture relationships with clients, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries, addressing client concerns, supporting sales efforts, and collaborating with different teams to meet business growth objectives.
QualificationsProficiency in Business Relationship Management and Finance to build and maintain client relationships and understand financial products.
Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide top-tier support.
Experience in Sales and the ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple client accounts and resolve challenges efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record in customer-facing roles and knowledge of the financial services industry will be an added advantage.
