- Carry out customer service processes and respond to customers inquires
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Requirements: - BSc/HND in Biochemistry,
Microbiology, Med Lab, SLT, other Bio-Medical Sciences - Minimum 2 years Previous
experience in similar role or Lab work is an advantage - Knowledge of medical supplies
marketing and sales strategies - Must be a team player
- Experience in the use of PCs
and MS packages (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point) - Knowledge of digital and
social media platforms such as Canva, Instagram, Facebook and others - Highly motivated and target
driven with a proven track record in sales - Ability to create and deliver
presentations tailored to the audience needs.
