    Description

    Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    detailed analysis of business processes, requirements, and needs to identify
    opportunities for improvement
  • Develop
    and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional
    specifications
  • Collaborate
    with stakeholders, development teams, and clients to identify and prioritize
    business requirements
  • Conduct
    research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to stay
    current with developments and recommend solutions that align with the company's
    goals
  • Participate
    in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects
  • Facilitate
    meetings and workshops to elicit business requirements and manage stakeholder
    expectations
  • Work
    closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are delivered
    on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Communicate
    with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication
    and understanding of business requirements and technical solutions

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's
    degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or
    related field with at least Second-Class Honors (Upper)
  • At least
    2 years of experience in IT business analysis and research, with a strong
    understanding of business processes and systems
  • Experience
    working in diverse systems
  • Proven
    track record of successful project delivery, including requirements gathering,
    analysis, and documentation
  • Knowledge
    of business analysis methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall,
    UML, and BPMN
  • Excellent
    analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data
    and make sound decisions
  • Strong
    research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect and synthesize
    information from various sources
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
    effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Experience
    in software development life cycle, quality assurance, and testing is a plus
