- Conduct
detailed analysis of business processes, requirements, and needs to identify
opportunities for improvement - Develop
and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional
specifications - Collaborate
with stakeholders, development teams, and clients to identify and prioritize
business requirements - Conduct
research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to stay
current with developments and recommend solutions that align with the company's
goals - Participate
in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects - Facilitate
meetings and workshops to elicit business requirements and manage stakeholder
expectations - Work
closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are delivered
on time, within budget, and meet quality standards - Communicate
with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication
and understanding of business requirements and technical solutions
Requirements: - Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or
related field with at least Second-Class Honors (Upper) - At least
2 years of experience in IT business analysis and research, with a strong
understanding of business processes and systems - Experience
working in diverse systems - Proven
track record of successful project delivery, including requirements gathering,
analysis, and documentation - Knowledge
of business analysis methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall,
UML, and BPMN - Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data
and make sound decisions - Strong
research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect and synthesize
information from various sources - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with stakeholders and team members - Experience
in software development life cycle, quality assurance, and testing is a plus
