GTI Group is a leading financial institution that requires an experienced professional to join its team as a Recovery Specialist. This role is responsible for resolving Loan repayment challenges, repossessing assets, and monitoring the Bank's Loan Portfolio to prevent default.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree in a relevant field and have 2-7 years of experience in debt resolution. The successful applicant will be responsible for following up on major debtors, working with Assets & Recovery Agencies, and reviewing credit files for proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on major debtors to resolve Loan repayment challenges before default.
• Work with Assets & Recovery Agencies to recover assets and properties of defaulting Loan Clients.
• Monitor the Bank's Loan Portfolio to prevent default and reduce the overall Portfolio at Risk.
