    • QualificationsRequired
    • Graduate from a reputable institution with a related degree in science, engineering, or social sciences.
    • Graduate degree or relevant training/certifications in sales are a plus.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the power or telecommunications sectors, meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Ability to drive sales and ensure successful closures for optimal service delivery.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Adaptable to a fast-paced, diverse environment with multiple stakeholders.
    • Responsive with excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
    • Location and Travel: Based in Nasarawa, Nigeria.
    • Salary range: NGN200,000 - NGN300,000 per month based on experience.


    • General:
    • Manage site sales agents and field representatives to drive sales activities.
    • Promote and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.
    • Achieve sales targets within the set timeline.
    • Collaborate with team members and other units for effective sales effort.
    • Stay updated on sales trends and best practices.
    • Carry out other assigned duties.
    • Sales Management:
    • Drive sales activities in mini-grid locations to meet targets and business strategy.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
    • Utilize sales data to analyze customer behavior for improved sales.
    • Sales Reporting and Data Management:
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities by sales agents.
    • Track and report sales progress regularly.
    • Use sales data to understand customer trends and enhance sales strategies.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build positive relationships with stakeholders, community leaders, and client groups.
