    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years proven HR experience (real estate industry experience is an advantage).
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, Nigerian labour laws, and compliance standards.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion.
