    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Visitor Reception and Assistance:

  • Greet visitors, parents, and students in a warm and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the school, including directions and general inquiries.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate offices or departments.
    Phone and Email Management:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
    Administrative Support:
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.Student Attendance and Records:
  • Monitor student attendance and update records in the school database.
  • Assist with the maintenance of student files and records.Facility Access and Security:
  • Monitor access to the school premises and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.Requirements:
  • Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in a related field.
  • Minimum of (3) three years teaching experience post NYSC, providing a solid foundation in educational environments and student interaction.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to multitask and handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
