- Greet visitors, parents, and students in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide information about the school, including directions and general inquiries.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate offices or departments.
Phone and Email Management: - Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative Support: - Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.Student Attendance and Records:
- Monitor student attendance and update records in the school database.
- Assist with the maintenance of student files and records.Facility Access and Security:
- Monitor access to the school premises and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in a related field.
- Minimum of (3) three years teaching experience post NYSC, providing a solid foundation in educational environments and student interaction.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to multitask and handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Visitor Reception and Assistance:
