    The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies that align with our brand and business objectives.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, social media management, and content creation, with a deep understanding of real estate marketing trends.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand, objectives, and target audience.
    • Lead the video production process from ideation to finish, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
    • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, including Tiktok, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube.
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
    • Create and schedule regular posts, updates, and promotions to showcase properties and engage with our audience.
    • Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, social media trends, and emerging technologies related to video production and social media marketing.
    • Research competitor strategies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on trend analysis and market research.
    • Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand identity, voice, and messaging.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding guidelines and standards for content creation.
    • Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field.
    • Proven experience in video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing video production projects, social media campaigns, and content strategies.
    • Excellent understanding of content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing strategies
    • Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or company.
    • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration, and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and social media management tools.
    • Knowledge of real estate industry trends, terminology, and market dynamics is a plus.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Preferably lives on the island or a commutable distance to Lekki phase 1
