- Create and schedule regular posts, updates, and promotions to showcase properties and engage with our audience.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field.
- Proven experience in video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video production projects, social media campaigns, and content strategies.
- Excellent understanding of content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or company.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends, terminology, and market dynamics is a plus.
