- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to coordinate and fulfill client requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all client interactions and service delivery.
