    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in boiler operation preferred. Proven experience as a boiler operator or similar role in an industrial setting. Strong understanding of boiler systems, including steam generation, combustion, and controls. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to boiler operation and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude. Physical stamina and ability to work in a demanding environment with exposure to high temperatures and confined spaces. Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. Willingness to adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Prior experience in a manufacturing, power generation, or utility plant environment

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boiler Operator to join our team. The Boiler Operator will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining boiler equipment to ensure efficient and continuous operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of boiler systems, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.Duties Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boilers and auxiliary equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Monitor boiler operations, including water levels, pressure, fuel consumption, and temperature. Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on boiler equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulations. Conduct regular testing and analysis of boiler water and steam to maintain water quality and prevent corrosion or scaling. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and safety inspections. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance downtime and optimize boiler performance. Assist with training and mentoring junior boiler operators or maintenance personnel. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to boiler operation and maintenance.
