Requirements: - Proven track record in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the software sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging prospective clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation prowess and persuasive abilities to secure deals and drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated aptitude for working autonomously and achieving sales targets.
Remuneration: - You will receive a monthly basic salary.
- In addition to your basic salary, you will be eligible for commission based on your performance and achievement of predefined sales targets.
- The initial probation of two months is applied, during which your performance will be assessed based on predetermined criteria, and could lead to contract termination or extension.
