    Our client a beauty and cosmetic brand is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative.

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services.

    The ideal candidate must be based in or around Lokogoma, Abuja, and should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.


    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
    • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Educate customers on product features and benefits.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.

    Requirements:

    • Must reside in or around Lokogoma, Abuja.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
    • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
    • Ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Must be smart, presentable, and maintain a professional appearance.
