    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
