- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations and optimal resource allocation.
- Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to showcase our brand and generate leads.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the luxury furniture or interior design industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
