Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced grill cook to join our team at Broadway Bar and Restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for grilling and preparing high-quality dishes, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of grilled dishes such as burgers, steaks, chicken, and fish
• Maintain a clean and organized grill area, including proper storage and labeling of food items
• Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served in a timely manner
• Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food items are prepared and served according to established standards
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw meat and other ingredients
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns about menu items
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new grilling techniques to continuously improve performance
