Our client, a reputable real estate company based in Wuse, Abuja, specializing in property sales, rentals, and management is seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Marketers to join their team.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for selling real estate properties.

As a Real Estate Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting the company's properties, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.

• Promote and market properties to potential buyers through various channels such as online listings, social media, networking events, and direct marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for property sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information to clients about available properties, including pricing, features, and financing options.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for interested buyers.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with buyers, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
• Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents and brokers, to ensure smooth transactions.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Abuja is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Must be resident in Abuja and familiar with the Wuse area.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
