    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Physical or virtual filing of court papers and with other regulatory bodies.
  • Manage document dispatch including court papers and other documents to third parties.
  • Handle the social media sites.
  • Assist in implementing our financial policy.
  • Calendar management and related digital environment
  • Physical and virtual front desk assistance
  • Report writing and channeling of inquiries.

    Requirements:

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Computer Literacy and Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 suite especially Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures.
  • Basic Graphic design skill is a bonus.
