- Physical or virtual filing of court papers and with other regulatory bodies.
- Manage document dispatch including court papers and other documents to third parties.
- Handle the social media sites.
- Assist in implementing our financial policy.
- Calendar management and related digital environment
- Physical and virtual front desk assistance
- Report writing and channeling of inquiries.
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Computer Literacy and Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 suite especially Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow procedures.
- Basic Graphic design skill is a bonus.
