    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Manage customer's account:
    Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company


    • Collecting payments in cash when necessary
    • Issue receipts, refunds when necessary
    • Resolve customer complaints and provide them relevant information
    • Submit periodic reports detailing the company's present financial situation and forecasting the coming quarter
    • Implement company policies regarding documentation and accounting of receipts and other financial information
    • Prepare monthly and yearly budgets while continually monitoring expenditure
    • Review statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business finance
    • Seek to maintain a positive professional relationship with partner financial institutions
    • Liaise with designated staff about financial matters and assist in developing financial strategies quarterly and yearly
    • Serve as information and reference point for management
    • Ensure that record keeping and accounts meet the conditions of funders and statutory bodies.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or in a relevant field of study with demonstrated experience as a treasurer or in a relevant financial management position
    • Good Math Skills
    • Excellent Communication skills and Time Management skills
    • Detailed knowledge of financial legislation and practices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
    • Accuracy in computing and managing numbers
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Leadership and decision making abilities

    SALARY:
    70,000

    Suitable candidates must be based within Ogbomosho/surrounding environment or be willing to relocate immediately.
