As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests or residents.

Whether you're working in a hotel, resort, or private household, your dedication to cleanliness and exceptional service will ensure that our guests feel comfortable and satisfied during their stay.

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas according to established standards and procedures
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and sweep and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests or residents, responding promptly to any requests or concerns
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
