    Job Position: Business Development Executive

    We are looking for a self-motivated individual with in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian market and economy, as well as project management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing projects in the Real estate, Leisure and hospitality space in Lagos, Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the identified sectors;
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments;
    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers;
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials as required;
    • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions;
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university;
    • No less than 5 years of experience in business development or a related field;
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
    • Strong research and analytical skills;
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment;
    • Some experience in project management is a plus;
