    RESPONSIBILITIES

    To coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. To ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. For general office duties such as greeting visitors, managing office supplies, overseeing other administrative staff, owning petty cash budgets, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings. To ensure that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company. To undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Double as the company driver. Assist colleagues whenever necessary. Performing other relevant duties when needed. Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed Guarantee that products and staff are protected and secured Ensure that vehicles are always kept perfect and clean by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle. Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound Report any instance of mishap or accident to the dispatcher or supervisor Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s). Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
