Job summary
The Head of Strategy Development will drive the strategic direction of the Housing Development Advocacy Network an organization focused on promoting policies partnerships and initiatives that expand access to affordable housing and sustainable urban development.This role combines policy strategy advocacy planning research leadership and partnership development to influence housing reforms and improve housing delivery systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term advocacy strategies to influence housing policy land reforms and urban development regulations
- Lead research-based policy position papers and reform proposals
- Engage with lawmakers regulators and government agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Urban Planning Development Studies Law Economics or related field/li>
- Masters degree preferred Public Policy Housing Urban Development or Strategy/li>
- 8–12+ years of experience in policy advocacy strategy or development sector leadership/li>
- Experience working with government institutions and development organizations/li>,/ul>
