JOB SUMMARY
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of 4 years in business development, sales, or a related role. Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar CRM software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving challenging sales targets. Experience in outbound marketing, cold calling, and lead generation techniques. Passion for technology, startups, and driving business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Duties Utilize Zoho CRM to manage and track leads, contacts, and sales activities. Identify and research potential clients and strategic partners to expand business opportunities. Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility. Conduct cold calling and email outreach campaigns to engage prospects and nurture relationships. Initiate and lead partnership conversations with potential collaborators and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Set ambitious goals and develop action plans to achieve them within specified timeframes. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospects and partners.
