JOB SUMMARY
QualificationsMinimum of First Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related field.Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in any finance related organisation.Experience in various adhoc reports as may be required by regulators e.g CBN, NDIC etcRequired ExperienceMonitor field collectors performance by daily tracking and monitoring their activitiesProduce, analyse and send daily performance recovery metrics for the Personal recoveries, SME recoveriesExtract, analyse and timeously circulate the daily arrears reportAnalyse the roll forward rate and cure rate in various delinquent bucket.Rehabilitations and Recoveries Performance Report e.t.cMonthly Issuance of demand letters to defaulting customersBehavioural Competencies:Interpreting DataProviding InsightsGenerating IdeasArticulating InformationChallenging IdeasTechnical Competencies:Advance Use of Microsoft office toolsAccounting/Budgeting SkillsRisk management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To compile and maintain daily, monthly and ad-hoc management information and Statistical Returns / Schedules for Rehabilitations & Recoveries and administratively assist the individual collectors and management in the accurate and timely reporting of performance of the Department.
