    Job Overview:

    The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive management team

    responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy of the company. The CFO will

    and investment sector in Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Financial Leadership

    Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.

    Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board based on financial

    analysis and projections.

    Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for investment and revenue

    growth.

    Financial Management

    Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

    Ensure the company maintains adequate liquidity and funding for operations

    and investment activities.

    Monitor the performance of investment portfolios and provide financial insights

    to maximize returns.

    Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.

    Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

    Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements of the Securities and

    Exchange Commission (SEC), Nigerian Stock Exchange (NGX), and other

    relevant bodies.

    Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulators.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    Education and Certifications

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

    Master's degree (MBA or MSc) is preferred.

    Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, ICAN, or CPA are required.

    Experience

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or investment management, with

    at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

    Proven track record of success in the asset management or investment industry.

    Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, including SEC, NGX, and

    CBN guidelines.

    Skills and Competencies

    Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
